5. She Hulk
Having done such a good job on Hulk, perhaps Waititi will want to try his hand at Banner’s cousin. After all, Hulk has done his best work as a supporting character; he could always be the star power in She Hulk’s origin story if Marvel decide to go that way.
So far, Spider-Man and Black Panther have been introduced before their solo movies, while Nick Fury has been drafted in to offer a helping hand with Captain Marvel. This is a company that knows exactly how to link their features together into one giant story.
She Hulk is far from just a lady Hulk. After receiving a blood transfusion from Bruce Banner, Jennifer Walters inherits his green hue and rage induced strength, although she doesn’t lose her personality and intelligence the way Bruce does when he Hulks out.
As a result, she offers similar action sequences without relying on the same sorts of gags as regular Hulk: there’s more room for wit and that certainly fits Waititi’s MO. With the Sokovia Accords storyline still hanging over everyone’s heads, her skill as a lawyer may be called upon by the Avengers soon too.
