25. Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett) - Black Panther 2

Given that she wasn't killed off in the first Black Panther - despite being kidnapped - it makes sense that Angela Bassett would return as Queen Ramonda the second time around. She's even hinted that Shuri's story will be centred around working out how to replace the magical Heart-Shaped Herb.

Bassett accidentally let slip - or at least her HUSBAND Courtney B Vance did - on the red carper for the Screen Actors Guild awards in 2018 that the main cast would all be returning, but we can only take that as meaning she definitely is, really.
