12. Dum Dum Duggan (Neal McDonough) - What If?

As well as Captain America and Bucky appearing, fellow Howling Commando member Dum Dum Duggan will appear again in What If...? presumably in the same battle sequences that see Steve Rogers piloting the new Iron Man armour?

Neal McDonough was once suggested as a casting alternate to Chris Evans for Cap, so maybe he could be considered for the super soldier programme too? Or maybe we'll see zombie Dum Dum?
