2. Mysterio Is Still Alive (& So Is Tony Stark's Influence On The MCU)
Spider-Man: Far From Home left us with one of the biggest cliffhangers in recent memory. Just as Peter Parker really grew into his role as a true hero, he was framed for murder and had his secret identity exposed. While we all desperately want to know what happens next, another vital question needs to be answered — Who leaked the doctored tape to the Daily Bugle?
Mysterio seems the likely candidate. The Master of Illusion has many tricks up his sleeve thanks to his Stark tech. Granted, there's a chance that one of his associates cut the video and sent it to the press, but Jake Gyllenhaal gave too great of a performance to limit to a single film.
He'll surely be back in some form, even if it's just a hologram. Unfortunately, it's also likely that Tony Stark will return in some capacity as well.
As the primary focus of the MCU, Tony Stark cast a long shadow over this world. His company, actions, or ancestry has been a catalyst that created a number of villains. Although it's far removed from the Infinity Saga, Phase 5's Spider-Man story will surely dig up Stark's legacy once more.
