19. Gamora (Zoe Saldana) - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 3

Having been surprisingly killed in Infinity War, Gamora's hiatus from the MCU lasted a grand total of a year as the time travel conceit of Endgame allowed her to jump forward in time with the past version of Thanos, effectively undoing her death.

Somehow, Tony Stark's snap didn't include her (presumably, it was based on who the gauntlet classed as a "baddie" and who was a "goodie" at the time, but confronted with the idea of being Star-Lord's boyfriend, Gamora chose to run off. It's not surprising, really, as she was forced to accept a lot of information in a matter of moments and running was probably the safest bet for self-preservation.

She'll be back though. Endgame ended with Star-Lord secretly tracking her location and whatever else happens, we'll definitely see her reappear.
