Men In Black 4 Announced: 10 Ways To Make It Not Suck

7. No Jayden Or Willow Smith

Page 4 Oh God, do I really need to explain this one? Okay then, I will. Will Smith is a wonderful father isn€™t he? He teaches his kids the value of hard work by casting them in any of his own films that he can. Wait what? Look I don€™t mean to dig at Jayden€™s acting. He€™s actually talented enough that he€™s carried most of the characters he€™s played. God knows how much worse it will be when the one that made €˜whip you hair€™ inevitably turns to the film industry. But people have become frustrated by seeing the kid piggyback off of his father€™s popularity. It was cute in The Pursuit of Happyness but now it€™s just lazy. Would Jayden really have been cast in After Earth if someone besides Will Smith was playing the lead? I highly doubt it. If there is a franchise in Will Smith€™s filmography that doesn€™t need one of his offspring, it€™s Men In Black. For one, the agents aren€™t even meant to have children. They don€™t exist, remember. If a child is shoehorned in any other way it€™s highly unlikely to work. The most interesting scenario I can see occurring if Jayden or Willow get involved is that they are playing villains of some sort. Actually that doesn€™t sound so bad. I could picture them as aliens of some sort...maybe working under a higher force? No, let€™s face it; Smith wouldn€™t be able to resist some sort of fathering moment occurring between the characters. His children are better left out.
