7. All Star Batman and Robin, The Boy Wonder Vol. 1
Set in an alternate version of the main Batman canon Earth 2 All Star Batman and Robin re-examines the origins of the Dynamic Duo. Posing it as though Batman forcibly kidnapped Dick Grayson after the death of his parents, Batman attracts the attention of young Justice League, who are convinced that hes more criminal than hero.
How It Could Work: Were talking about departing from Nolans prescribed tone here and were also talking about abandoning realism entirely in favour of including the Justice League. But surely Warner Bros. will look to foreshadow the Justice League if they do if they do decide to reboot the Batman property (and Im almost certain they will). All Star Batman and Robin is one sure fire way to simultaneously achieve this, and also to establish Robin is a main canon character.
Potential Issues: Well, by all accounts, Robin isnt exactly the most popular figure amongst non-comic book Batman fans, probably thanks to how he was presented in Schumachers embarrassing cash in Batman and Robin. Hed have to be treated extremely carefully by the writers, or they risk alienating the cinema-going audience completely.
