New Batman Movie: 10 Villains We Want to See in Batman 4

6. Deadshot

Floyd Lawton, a.k.a Deadshot, is a hired assassin who uses a vast arsenal of guns and gadgets to take down his mark. He often boasts that he never misses a shot, although Batman is usually the one to prove him wrong. Deadshot initially presented himself as a hero, until Batman discovered his plan to usurp him as protector of Gotham and become the king of Gotham€™s criminal underbelly. How it Could Work: Ultimately we€™re talking about another fully human character here and so a new director could again go either way with him €“ either by focusing more on the realistic elements of the character or alternatively on the more theatrical. He€™s often cast to have somewhat of a neutral alignment too, so he could also feasibly be inserted as an ambiguous character, a'la Catwoman in TDKR. Who Could Play Him: Under the mask, Floyd Lawton is a tall-dark-and-handsome type, so I'm looking at the likes of Guy Pearce or Ethan Hawke to take up the mantle of the world€™s greatest marksman. Likelihood: I wouldn€™t necessarily rule him out. Deadshot is one of Batman€™s more complex villains (sometimes he€™s even technically a good guy) and with his name rising in mainstream prominence with his inclusion in Rocksteady€™s Arkham City game, we may yet just see this guy on the big screen at some point in the future.
