2. Avengers 6: Avengers Disassembled (2028)

Presumably, there's a reason in Kevin Feige's mind why he's come to 2028 as the final point for his Marvel map of movies. There has to be some thinking that everything will lead up to a certain point in the Marvel story world, where perhaps a total reboot would come afterwards, or they would simply stop making that kind of movie for a while. The sensible response would be a final event, that would put a full stop on the Marvel Phases, and the best fit, beyond Civil War, would be the Avengers Disassembled story arc in which Scarlet Witch snaps and causes major attacks on the Avengers that leads to the deaths of Ant-Man, The Vision and Hawkeye, and the unthinkable disbanding of the Avengers after Tony Stark goes bankrupt and cannot bank-roll them anymore, after a Kree invasion to bring the Avengers stories back to where they started with the first one. That would be the ending that Feige needs to end the map and though it wouldn't be a happy ending, that might not be the worst thing. The Cameo: Howard The Duck, announcing a new dawn.
