Ranking April 2018's Movies From Worst To Best

18. Truth Or Dare

Truth Or Dare Lucy Hale
Blumhouse

RottenTomatoes Score: 15% (3.6/10 average)

Box Office: Typical for Blumhouse, the mere $3.5 million horror flick opened higher than expected and has grossed almost $50 million to date. Expect a sequel this time next year.

Verdict: While there was definitely potential for this to become the next Happy Death Day, a punishing lack of self-awareness, abundance of lame PG-13 death scenes and general sense of unintentional hilarity ensure this is nothing more than a deliriously dumb, lame-brained horror dud for the teen crowd.

It might do well with ironic midnight audiences, but otherwise it's a thoroughly unimaginative waste of time.
