4. T-X
The Enhanced Logic Weapons System Cybernetic Warrior / Infiltration Unit, otherwise known as the T-X, is one of the most advanced Terminator models sent back in time. Several elements found in previous models were improved upon and added to the T-X to make it superior in both infiltration and extermination.
The T-X features an advanced T-900 endoskeleton covered with mimetic polyalloy — the substance that made up the entirety of the T-1000 model. With a strong endoskeleton powered by a plasma reactor, the T-X is able to carry several onboard weapon systems hidden beneath its "skin" back in time.
Its primary weapon system is a plasma cannon contained within one of its arms. The plasma cannon is more powerful than the plasma rifles used by Skynet and the Resistance forces in the future, as it can destroy an armored vehicle with a single shot. Additionally, it carries an IAD-ChemTech flamethrower as a secondary weapon.
The T-X can also use its Nanotechnological Transjector to take control over other machines (including Terminators). There are 26 known weapon systems available to the T-X, so with those and its ability to alter its form and infiltrate, it's one of the deadliest known Terminator models made by Skynet.
