Ranking EVERY Version Of The Punisher From Worst To Best

Let's face it, who else was it going to be?

From the moment he disarms the hospital security guard at the beginning of Daredevil season 2, there was just something different about this rendition of The Punisher. Sure, he didn't really have a lot to go up against as this list has shown but this Frank Castle, this guy was a badass and more importantly, a believable badass at that.

Whether he's going toe to toe with Wilson Fisk or cleaning up the streets of all the scum and garbage, everyone will be judged, everyone will be punished.

Jon Bernthal says that he stays in character while playing the role and it's all the better for it, his intense performance is a joy to behold and when Netflix finally get around to cancelling the series, which you know that they're going to do just to spite Marvel, then if Disney don't sign him up to play The Punisher from here to the end of time, you know that there is no justice in this world.

And besides, when Punisher co-creator Gerry Conway says that this is the best version ever, you know he's doing something right.
