Ranking February 2018's Movies From Worst To Best

6. I, Tonya

I Tonya Margot Robbie

RottenTomatoes Score: 89% (7.8/10)

Box Office: Made for a mere $11 million, the Tonya Harding biopic has tripled its budget thanks to strong word-of-mouth and awards buzz.

Verdict: Margot Robbie, Allison Janney and Sebastian Stan give terrific performances in this ludicrously entertaining, Scorsese-esque crime drama, which gives Tonya Harding her long-deserved time in the spotlight to tell her side of the infamous Nancy Kerrigan assault.

Thanks to virtuoso editing, a brilliantly witty script and an ensemble cast firing on all cylinders, I, Tonya shirks mouldy biopic cliches to deliver a deliriously funny slice of sports history. Shame about the awful CGI on the face of Robbie's skating stunt double, though.
