Ranking The X-Men Movie Villains - From Worst To Best
6. Sabretooth
The first X-Men film is one of the better entries in the infamously inconsistent series, but it does have a few teething problems. For one, the portrayal of Wolverines number one enemy Sabretooth, as played by Tyler Mane, is little more than an overgrown guard dog. For X-Men Origins: Wolverine, however, he was thankfully revamped. In a film that made a lot of mistakes with fan-favourite characters (hello again, mouthless Deadpool), the presentation of Sabretooth is surprisingly decent. In fact, the scene that establishes Logan and Victors long lives through the passing of various wars is the best scene in the whole thing. That said, Liev Schreiber and his character cant totally rise above the movie they are in - which leaves this Sabretooth as a well improved adversary, but still not one of the series best bad guys.
