4. The Knights Of Ren Get Names And An Overhauled Backstory

Hilariously, the Knights of Ren going from being directly behind Kylo in what looked like the ransacking of Luke's temple in Force Awakens, turned into them only being mentioned by name in The Last Jedi, and a couple of fleeting appearances in Rise of Skywalker.

Where it would've been so easy to have them be a platoon of Imperial warriors assigned to Kylo after joining the First Order, we now find out the "Ren" part in their group name wasn't in relation to Kylo, but a character called Ren.

It's said that this mysterious group appeared from the Unknown Regions just before Kylo left Luke's training, and this "Ren" character was never seen or heard from again.

The Knights now all have names - Ap'lek, Cardo, Kuruk, Trudgen, Ushar and Vicrul - but after four years of fan theories and potential, they're a random group that ultimately mean nothing.
