Solo: A Star Wars Story - 10 Best Moments

7. The Droid Uprising

Solo A Star Wars Story L3 37

In the midst of the Kessel heist, Lando's outspoken droid L3-37 (Phoebe Waller-Bridge) decides to take matters into her own hands by staging a droid uprising of sorts.

After finding a droid's free will sullied by "restraining bolts", she removes the bolts and instructs the droid to free its "brothers and sisters".

Cue an hilarious sequence where the droids break their digital chains and start smashing up the nearby terminals, with a Gonk droid even stomping all a computer console.

Combined with the concurrent human and Wookiee jailbreaks, it leads to utter, ridiculous chaos, though it sadly doesn't end well for L3, and she ends up mortally wounded in the escape. At least she finds a new lease of life when Lando plugs her into the Falcon's computer, though.

This sequence was a perfect mix of exciting and goofy, and though not all fans will dig Star Wars getting yet another neurotic comic relief robot, L3 was different enough to feel truly one-of-a-kind.
