Spider-Man: Homecoming - 13 Biggest Rumours You Need To Know (October 7th)

Thanks to a photo leaked to Twitter from the Atlanta set of Homecoming, we now have some idea of why Tony Stark is in New York City at the time of the film. Apparently, he's in town for a Stark Expo presentation.

It all makes sense, particularly if you choose to believe the rumours about The Tinkerer being a former Stark employee. What better way to prove his ability to a former boss who personally fired him than by crashing his vanity project? Maybe the villains - backed by their Tinkerer-made tech - attack Stark at the Expo and force Spidey to intervene?

Having said that, the Expo says 2018, so Homecoming would have to be set a year after its release date, which isn't outside the realms of possibility.
