Spider-Man: Ranking All The Movie Costumes Worst To Best
10. Spider-Man 3 (Symbiote)
Of the many Spider-Man films out there, you won't find too many fans who list Spider-Man 3 as their favorite. This movie suffered from having too many bad guys, a poorly established version of Venom, and Peter Parker dancing through the streets of New York City.
There were some positives, but compared to the film that came before it, Spider-Man 3 was a poor showing of what our Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man could do on the silver screen.
In terms of costume, this film introduced the cinematic debut of the black symbiote costume that would become Venom. When Peter first comes in contact with it, it's a random occurrence, but it quickly bonds to him and boosts his powers considerably. The suit, on the other hand, could have used some work.
In the comics, the costume change was radical. He went from bright red and blue to black with a stark, white spider logo on the chest. In this movie, the black costume was little more than his regular costume, but in black. This was a major "missed opportunity" for the franchise, which could have made something special with a new Spidey suit.
