Spider-Man Upcoming MCU Trilogy: 9 Things We Want To See
5. Miles Morales' Debut
Marvel planted the seeds of Miles Morale's existence within the MCU back in Spider-Man: Homecoming with the appearance of Donald Glover cast as Aaron Davis, or more recognisably known as Mile's Uncle Aaron.
Although Glover's appearance showcased a presumably pre-Prowler Davis, his mentions of family in the neighbourhood and possible fated interaction with Spider-Man is enough to conclude that Marvel has Miles Morales ready to debut at any given point.
Not to mention the slight reference made in No Way Home during an interaction between Jamie Fox's Electro and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man depicting Dillon's misjudgement of Peter's identity.
After sustaining a familiar radioactive spider bite, Mile's becomes the new Spider-Man along with Peter's mentorship. With a new arsenal including producing electric blasts and active camouflage, the Brooklyn-born webhead has a lot to offer for the new Sony series.
Following the more recent debut of Hailee Steinfeld's Kate Bishop in Disney+'s Hawkeye, the next generation of heroes could be suiting up in preparation for unclear events coming in a possible future Young Avengers project. As well as next year's Ms Marvel introducing Iman Vellani in the title role, could the incoming films revolve around the origin of Miles too?
