7. The Next Spin-Off Characters...
A Yoda origins story? The tale of how Obi-Wan Kenobi survived the Jedi Purge and became Ben? The adventures of Lando Calrissian and Nien Nunb as young smugglers? While the first of the Anthology films, Rogue One, will centre on attempts to steal plans for the Death Star, the topic of the second (due in 2018) is currently unknown. The big rumour doing the rounds at the moment is that it will focus on both Boba Fett and Han Solo. Both characters have been subject to rumours of getting their own spin-off movie since Disney bought Lucasfilm, but having them together would be a whole new twist on things. They're huge fan-favourites, so itd probably be a fairly popular move (depending on who was cast as a young Han Solo, of course). Confirmation on this, or revealing what the film will actually be about, would be a great announcement for this years Comic-Con, although with the film still three years away there is plenty of time for such things.
