Star Wars: 10 Most Powerful Jedi - Ranked

3. Luke Skywalker

Yoda Revenge of the Sith
Lucasfilm

Luke was as good a pilot as his father, and despite him learning the ways of the Force at a much later age, he proved himself to be worthy of the title Jedi Knight once he faced down with his father, Darth Vader.

Though he was bested at Cloud City by Vader, Luke managed to score a lightsaber hit on Vader's armour. Luke's prowess as a duellist shone through, and he damaged Vader's armour - something that many fully-trained Jedi could not manage.

Finally being able to turn Vader back to the Light, Luke established the New Jedi Order, and began training many young Force-sensitives in the way of the Jedi. He had mastered the art of Force Projection, was a gifted leader in the Rebellion, and was an exceptional Jedi Master and teacher.

Luke was later vital in the training of Rey, who went on to defeat Darth Sidious once and for all.
