Due to his heroism and long-standing service to the Jedi Order, it is not surprising that there are various artifacts named after the honourable Jedi Knight.

For playing their roles in the obliteration of the first Death Star at the Battle of Yavin, Alliance members, including Jek Porkins, were awarded the 'Kenobi Medallion'. This award was named as such to commemorate Obi-Wan's bravery.

Even though he hated flying that's not say he was bad at it. To his credit, he was an ace pilot and experienced tactician (more on that later). To break the enemy out of formation, he would commonly use a series of sniping attacks - a maneuver which would later be named the 'Kenobi Offensive'.
