8. The Rule Of Two
Like Rey, could Kylo Ren be about to train a new apprentice to join him on his quest for power? The Sith do have an ancient rule of two (a Master and an apprentice) as seen with the Emperor and Darth Vader in the original trilogy.
However, as Kylo openly admits to wanting to move on from the ways of the Sith, we may see him train a group of apprentices instead of just one. Or we may not see him train anyone, given he doesn't seem to do well with other people (ahem... Snoke... ahem).
It would be interesting to see if Kylo did take someone under his wing considering his somewhat tempered mood come the end of Episode VIII. From his perspective, he has not had much luck with mentors having felt betrayed by Luke and belittled by Snoke, maybe he feels he can be a better teacher than they were.
Or perhaps (as some may hope) he will renounce his evil ways and return to the light side. Given he has been responsible for the deaths of both Han Solo and now Luke Skywalker, I would say that is unlikely to happen.
