Star Wars: EVERY Movie & TV Show Ranked Worst To Best
14. Resistance
A small show from the mind of Dave Filoni (who we'll get to later), Star Wars: Resistance ran as a spin-off and prequel to The Force Awakens. Set in an aircraft station, the show follows a Rebel pilot, Kaz, and his allies as they engage in some wacky, high flying adventures. Poe Dameron also turns up as Kaz's superior.
And, honestly, it's all pretty good. The animation is slick and far-removed from other Filoni-led shows, and it was entertaining and cool enough to churn out an impressive forty episodes over two seasons, concluding earlier this year.
The adventures of Kaz and his allies are classic predictable Star Wars, and the whole thing seems like a lighter take on the canon when compared to the later years of other shows like Clone Wars and Rebels. Still, it's solid all the same and adds another layer to the sequel trilogy it predates.
Plus, Oscar Isaac, Gwendoline Christie, Anthony Daniels and Domhall Gleeson all reprise their roles through the show's run, and that's a nice touch. It's just enough of the classic Star Wars flare for it to rank any higher.
