8. The Rebel Base

Rebel spies. The clue's in the name about just where the team stealing the plans will come from, so it'd be interesting to get a glimpse of the base in the trailer, perhaps early on as setup for the events that follow. 

Come the end of A New Hope the Rebel base lies on Yavin 4, but prior to that it was located on Dantooine, and that would be a fun location to see in both the trailer and the film. 

Obviously it's quickly abandoned, but an establishing shot of the planet, and then a glimpse of a meeting taking place - perhaps with some familiar faces, not just the spies but potential cameos as well - would really help ground its place in the timeline, as well as setting up the mission that comes next.
