Star Wars: The Force Awakens - 10 Ultimate Fan Demands That Will Never Happen

6. X Character To Return

There are already a bunch of characters slated to return in The Force Awakens. As well as stalwarts R2-D2 (Kenny Baker) and C-3PO (Anthony Daniels), the original triumvirate of heroes Luke, Han and Leia are all coming back, with Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, and Harrison Ford respectively reprising their roles. Oh, and it'd be totally unfair to forget about Chewbacca, with Peter Mayhew once more stepping into the Wookiee suit (and he hasn't aged a day). That's not enough, though, with calls for the likes of Lando Calrissian (possible) and Boba Fett (not possible) to make their return as well. Lando may be around for Episode VIII, or at least that's the rumour, but he isn't going to be a part of The Force Awakens, while Boba still has another 970 years or so to spend being digested in the Sarlacc's stomach. Another character fans had been hoping to see return was Wedge Antilles, however actor Dennis Lawson admitted he turned it down because he wanted a bigger role, which wouldn't have fit with Abrams' story. So while we're getting the big hitters to come back, don't be expecting each and every character to return. And I won't even bother addressing the rumours of Vader being in this movie. Just NOOOOO.
