37. C-3PO Suiting Up
It's still incredible to think that there's actually an actor inside C-3PO's slight metallic frame. It must be torturous having to put on even a light-weight costume like this in the punishing heat of a desert.
Interestingly - as confirmed by a merchandise leak earlier this year - his left arm has been replaced (not yet with the red arm he will at some point borrow from a TC-3PO). So it looks like he's going to be (one of) the character(s) who ends up losing a limb in this trilogy.
