Stargate SG-1 Cast: Where Are They Now?

18. Tom McBeath

Stargate Maybourne
MGM

Colonel Harry Maybourne was O'Neill's nemesis in Stargate SG-1, played to smarmy perfection by Tom McBeath. They hated each other to such an extent that, when they were forced into working together, it made those episodes all the stronger - watching the pair of them swallow their bile.

He has been working fairly steadily since 1984, with notable roles in Watchmen, The X-Files and Alien versus Predator: Requiem (though let's not hold that last one against him). He appeared in the CW's series Riverdale as Smithers from 2019 - 2019.

He continues to act, with roles in Travelers and A Million Little Things - though he admits himself that the most fun he has ever had as an actor has been while playing the villanious head of the shadowy NID, Maybourne!
