Suicide Squad: 10 Characters Who Could Steal The Show
5. Scott Eastwoods Mystery Character
Scott Eastwoods character is one that weve literally barely seen. A few seconds in the trailers identify him as another army employee, but surely Scott Eastwood is too big a star these days to take a minor bit-part in the background of a movie? There must be more to this character. The most popular theory is that hes Nightwing AKA Dick Grayson, AKA a former Robin, which means he will have had a shared history with Ben Affleck's Batman. Some think that hes gone undercover either on Bats orders or of his own volition to keep an eye on this legion of evildoers and take them out if they step out of line. This certainly feels plausible. Eastwood is used to larger roles that random army guy these days, and hes undeniable got the jawline to play a superhero. Maybe he is Nightwing, then, and this role in Suicide Squad will be DCs way of teeing him up for a standalone film or a supporting role in a Batman movie. If this turns out to be the case, itll be a revelation of internet-breaking proportions, especially if the reveal is handled well and Eastwoods Nightwing becomes the standout character of the movie. Only time will tell, of course.
