Suicide Squad: 10 Characters Who Could Steal The Show

4. Killer Croc

€œHe€™s a crocodile, and he likes to eat people€ Rick Flag says of Killer Croc in the roll-call scene from the latest trailer. To any casual viewers that haven€™t read the appropriate comics or played the Arkham games, this may have come as a fairly large surprise. A kids€™ movie this clearly isn€™t. The cannibalistic Croc - whose grim appearance is due to a birth defect and genetic experiments, in the comics - could well be a standout star, just because he€™s already so abnormal. Like Groot and Rocket Racoon in Guardians Of The Galaxy, the unique physical appearance of this character will surely have the audience€™s attention. From here, the script and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje€™s performance just need to seal the deal and turn this character into a fan favourite. Arguably, a sense of humour is the key. With a few dark gags, Croc can become a lot more than a boring background villain. Regardless of how the writers choose to do it, if the screenplay lets Croc make an impression orally as well as visually, fans may well latch onto this character. It€™s been a while since we€™ve had a decent Hannibal movie, so perhaps the cinematic landscape is ready for another beloved cannibalistic villain. Akinnuoye-Agbaje will surely be hoping so.
