Suicide Squad: 12 Last Minute Concerns You Won't Admit

1. There's Not Enough Joker

At the end of the day, Suicide Squad is infamous among a certain type of fan for two names - Batman and the Joker. That's why both have been a big part of the marketing, despite the fact that neither is actually involved in Task Force X.

Unfortunately, despite how well Jared Leto and Warner Bros have done to push the new mythology of their Joker (and insisting on his links to the source material), it doesn't sound like he's even in the film very much. Early reactions seem to unanimously point to him having a reduced role (which suggests we've seen pretty much all of his footage in the trailers), which will be a kick in the teeth for anyone who actually pays attention to the marketing.

Sure, if that's the case, it might leave us all thirsting for more, but we aren't going to see him until 2018 at the earliest (and there's no confirmation he'll actually appear in Ben Affleck's The Batman) and that's a long time to wait for such an important, powerful character to reappear.
