6. How Did The Joker Survive The Helicopter Crash?
Did anybody even for a second buy the Joker's "death"? It's a fake-out even less convincing than Nick Fury's in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and at least there you had manipulating doctors to explain quite how it managed to happen. In Suicide Squad it's just kinda accepted when Joker turns up with his highly well-equipped goons, despite no clear escape route.
The movie has made helicopter crashes look incredibly fun - there's three, and all passengers survive every time - but Joker's was particularly fiery and explosive. Infuriatingly, there is a deleted scene (glimpsed in the trailers) where this would presumably be explained somewhat (although who knows what the answer), but in the movie it's just hoped you'd forgotten the near-certain death by the time he pops up again.
At least they didn't go the "Enchantress resurrection" route that was threatened for a terrifying-but-brief couple of seconds.
