The Worst Part Of The 10 Best MCU Movies

Throughout the last 14 years, across 29 movies and counting and almost Four completed Phases of the franchise, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has never produced anything greater than Avengers: Infinity War. It is Marvel Studios’ masterpiece and it will certainly take something special to dethrone it.

This was the culmination of a decade of storytelling across a dozen smaller franchises, and it brought literally everything together. It was perfectly balanced, Thanos reigned supreme, the action was colossal, and that ending! The only real criticism would again relate back to the villains, as too many on this list have.

Not, of course, Thanos, but instead his Black Order. Fans were excited to see Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian, Proxima Midnight, and Corvus Glaive on the big screen, but in reality, there was really nothing in particular that they brought to the table. The Maw was easily the best of these characters, but even he only had four minutes of screen time.

Even so, he didn’t cause the heroes too much trouble. The other three, similarly, were set tasks to bring Thanos the Infinity Stones of Earth, and all failed miserably. It’s fair to say that fans were expecting more, though at least this way there was more time to develop the Mad Titan into arguably the most iconic villain of an entire generation.
