It's common knowledge that Stark makes reckless decisions. After all, he indirectly created Iron Monger and Ultron. But bequeathing Peter Parker with his supertech spectacles in Spider-Man: Far From Home is insane. These glasses allow Peter to tap into any technology on Earth.

Peter is so unprepared for this level of responsibility, he accidentally orders the glasses to blow up a school bus. (You'd think Stark would've learned his lesson after he equipped the wallcrawler's last spidersuit with a Kill Mode.) The fact that the glasses have no safeguards or firewalls, which allows the main villain to use them for his own nefarious schemes, highlights Stark's gross incompetence further.
