4. Emilia Clarke - Game Of Thrones

For Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon alike, and most recently A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, the bulk of the main cast was made up of relative unknowns to the industry. Yes, the land of Westeros has given early career boosts to many, with plenty of them vowing never to return.

Kit Harington, though appearing in adverts to promote Game of Thrones: Legends, scoffed at the idea of recording a Song of Ice and Fire audiobook, Sophie Turner cannot bare to even hear the iconic theme tune and will not be watching A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and Milly Alcock has sworn off fantasy roles altogether, though she isn't the only one.

Though Daenerys Targaryen was arguably the most popular character throughout the entirety of Game of Thrones, Emilia Clarke's relationship with the show hasn't been all smiles and sunshine.

She has been scrutinised more than most in the years since, she was admittedly angered by the ending of the series, and was potentially at risk more so than anyone else of being a victim of her own success in terms of finding further work afterwards. Is it really a surprise that she doesn't want to see another dragon again?
