Toy Story 4 Trailer Reactions: 9 Ups & 3 Downs

Dishonourable Mention: Who Eats Soup With A Spork?

Nobody that's who. Now, obviously the point for Forky is that he's struggling to know who he is after being turned into a toy, but he should at least know the function of a spork if that's all he wants to be.

3. Why Split Up A Good Thing (AGAIN)?!

Toy Story 4 Buzz

A biog part of Toy Story's success was the dynamic between Tom Hanks' Woody and Tim Allen's Buzz Lightyear. The whole film was based around the idea of them learning to co-exist (or Woody learning to put aside his prejudices against space toys and anxieties about replacement). Allen and Hanks were great together and the promise of sequels showing us more was always exciting.

And then both of the sequels split them up for most of the film and Buzz was mostly relegated to a secondary character because he's infinitely more difficult to write than Woody. Surely the fourth movie wouldn't just do that again, right? Nope, wrong - once more the central pair will seemingly spend most of the movie trying to get back to each other.

Judging by Hanks' quotes about how sad the ending is, they probably aren't going to make it either. Wonderful.
