1. The Special Effects Are Still Damn Good
A lot can be said about the Transformers franchise. A lot of terrible, terrible things. Of course, there are people out there who enjoy the films for what they are, but there's no denying they're something of a sticking point when it comes to the critics (and for a huge number of film fans also).
One thing the films have never been lacking in is the special effects department. The films frequently look totally breathtaking, and though the fighting often becomes weightless and nonsensical, the Autobots themselves - as well as the Decepticons and other related mechanical beasties - are triumphant and intimidating respectively.
The Last Knight is no exception. From the destroyed football stadium to the Prime floating through space to the enormous, rusted horn poking out of the desert, it's clear the film will, for all its potential (and let's face it, likely) flaws have something interesting to look at.
