6. Green Arrow

While fans may wish it wasn't the case, neither Arrow or The Flash are set in the DC Cinematic Universe. It's a great shame in many ways, but it's also a decision which gives those telling the stories of both big and small screen versions of these heroes more creative freedom. So, just like Ezra Miller is playing another version of The Flash, why can't the DCCU introduce another Green Arrow? If it's going to happen, Chris Pine is an ideal candidate. Whether it's Jack Reacher or Star Trek, he's displayed many of the attributes which make Oliver Queen great, and someone like him being attached to the role could finally get that long in development Green Arrow: Supermax movie off the ground after years of delays. It's worth remembering that Green Arrow played a pivotal role in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns, a story which has heavily inspired Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Could Chris Pine have been sneaked into the studio at some point to make a surprise appearance as the Emerald Archer? It's unlikely, but certainly possible. Even if he isn't going to show up there, Pine being cast as Green Arrow would be a smart move. How well Stephen Amell would react to that is hard to say, but the Justice League having their own archer in the form of Chris Pine might just outdo Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye...
