20 Horror Movies Ruined By TERRIBLE Reveals
12. Temu Predator - Man Vs.
Man Vs. is a film that's almost pretty good - a hybrid found footage flick in which a celebrity survivalist, Doug (Chris Diamantopoulos), finds himself facing off against something untoward in the Ontario wilderness.
But yet again proving that the human imagination will always outclass low-rent visual effects, the solid suspense mustered by writer-director Adam Massey is ultimately torpedoed by a risible monster reveal.
We eventually get a clear glimpse of the alien creature which has been terrorising Doug and it basically looks like Temu Predator - a dorky-looking CGI beastie that should've never made it past the approvals process.
It's tough not to watch this scene and wonder why the filmmakers didn't just go the practical route instead.
Even a less-than-stellar guy-in-suit setup would be far more persuasive than the horribly video game-y render we ended up with, which in turn made it near-impossible to take the rest of the movie seriously.
