X-Men: Apocalypse - 14 Things You Need To Know

1. Jubilee Will Make Her X-Men Movie Entrance Proper

In another move that looks set to make the X-Men series the predominant feminist superhero franchise of the age (seriously, guys, you're making everyone else look bad by letting all these female characters actually take part), Singer is at last introducing fan-favourite Jubilee to cinema audiences. And not just as a blink-and-you'll-miss-her extra, as with the original trilogy. Lana Condor will take on the role, and she's a total newcomer to the business. No, really - this is Condor's first acting role full-stop, meaning she's a rare modern example of a complete unknown quantity landing a big gig in a blockbuster, with the sole IMDb entry on her page looking awfully lonely at the moment. Judging by the character's age in relation to Jean Grey and co., plus the fact that Singer recently snapped Condor filming a scene with Sophie Turner, Jubilee will be associated with the set of 'new' mutants played by Turner et al in Apocalypse. Fans of flashy pyrotechnics can now rejoice. What info about the new X-Men movie have we missed? Let us know in the comments below.
