This is a gloriously unhinged adventure game in which players take control of a travelling salesman who ends up in the northern English town of Barnsworth, where he quickly becomes the begrudging errand boy for the local citizenry.

But Fetch Quest Simulator this ain't - the seemingly mundane tasks you're roped into performing typically have a deranged and often very funny payoff. 

The entire experience is elevated considerably by the meticulous cartoonish art style and superbly authentic vocal performances across the board.

While its aggressive, unrelenting Britishness might make it land more awkwardly with further-afield players, there's still charm and personality dripping from every pore of this thing. 

And if you were worried that its style could turn out grating, the whole thing is over in barely two hours.
