Lollipop Chainsaw is a pretty harmless game for the most part, yet it's home to one of the most undesirable video game achievements of all time. The title puts you in control of Juliet Starling, a high school cheerleader and the only person left who's equipped with the skills needed to take on the horde of undead that have overrun the nearby town.

But Juliet's costume isn't exactly the most appropriate thing to wear while killing zombies, and the character's skimpy outfit is definitely the way it is in order to cater to young male crowd.

However, while you can happily ogle Juliet's character model until your heart's content, you better be careful to not manoeuvre the camera in a way that captures a glimpse up the character's skirt, as you'll pop the "I Swear! I Did It By Mistake!" achievement for the whole world to see.

And although most players will no doubt get this trophy accidentally while performing some of the high-flying moves in the game, it does't really soothe your conscience any, and there's certainly no disclaimer attached to explain the achievement to the rest of your friends.
