10 Classic Comics Insomniac Should Adapt For Spider-Man 2

The Death of Spider-Man was a big turning point in the Ultimate Universe, and a move that saw the introduction of the now insanely popular Miles Morales.

The storyline sees Spider-Man meet his end from injuries due to a battle with Norman Osborn, Sandman, Electro, Vulture and Kraven the Hunter. Peter eventually succumbs to his wounds, passing away in front of Mary Jane, Aunt May, Gwen Stacy and Johnny Storm. His death inspires Miles Morales to become the new Spider-Man after gaining spider powers of his own.

With the introduction of Miles in the first Spider-Man game and the character receiving his own spin off game, it is reasonable to believe that Peter Parker will soon be killed off to make way for the young hero to shine.

While this might not be a viable move to use entirely given that Insomniac likely don't want to write Peter off in their second game using him, incorporating elements of this would no doubt provide some emotional moments, as seeing a distraught Miles fear his mentor is dead would be just the right kind of heartbreaking.
