"Yes", is the answer to this, as Nintendo have decided to revisit the beloved planet-hopping delights of the Super Mario Galaxy games, essentially bringing that ethos to the current generation - albeit with far bigger planets.

At time of writing we're yet to get any justification or explanation as to why or how Mario is able to travel from cityscape to confectionery-covered valley, or from Mexican township to possessing a T-Rex, but why do these things happen?
