10 Dream Video Game Movie Castings We'd Die For
4. Lara Croft - Camilla Luddington
With the recent Alicia Vikander interpretation of Tomb Raider proving to be probably the best video game movie ever, as well as the one most likely to get a sequel in the foreseeable future, a recast of the big screen Lara Croft is very unlikely to happen any time soon.
Though, if it somehow does, then Camilla Luddington should definitely be the one to replace her.
If you don't recognise Luddington from the long running Grey's Anatomy TV show, then the only other place you are likely to recognise her from is... oh yeah, the Tomb Raider games - in which she played, you guessed it, Lara Croft.
The most recent games, the ones which saw Luddington as the adventurer, saw the best incarnation of the character to date and, seeing as the actor does live action work as well, it was frankly baffling why Vikander was cast in the 2018 movie outside of her ability to draw more people to the cinema.
