10 Essential Tips For Actually Enjoying Mass Effect Andromeda

7. Find Three Powers You Like And Max Them Out

Although the latest Mass Effect gives you a plethora of different combat, biotic and tech upgrades that can give you a range of different powers to use in combat, the overwhelming amount of them and the limited amount of skill points you can acquire means you shouldn't really experiment too much with different combinations.

Instead, choose three powers you want early on and stick with them. It might mean you don't have much variety in your combat options, but upgrading these slots to their maximum levels will make combat so much more enjoyable, as maxed out abilities are what really allow you to dominate in combat encounters.

Going forward the developers desperately need to drop the limiting three power restriction, but until then, your best bet is to find the abilities that best fit your playstyle and dump all of your points into them as quickly as possible.

Don't forget the passive buffs on each skill tree either though, they can be literal lifesavers as the game moves into its final act.
