The original crew from Telltale's Walking Dead series starts off as scared survivors just trying to make it in the zombie apocalypse.

By the end of the story, most of them are either dead or they find new survivors to band with, but only one of them comes out of the experience a villain—Lilly.

Lilly is the daughter of the Walking Dead's most hated character, Larry. She starts off being somewhat nice, supporting her father in most of his awful ideas but ultimately acting nice to Lee. However, after her father dies, Lilly snaps and decides to betray the group by stealing their RV and leaving them stranded in the middle of nowhere.

This is the last you hear of Lilly in the first game, but in season 4, the girl makes a comeback, and it turns out that her betrayal was her first step towards becoming a full-time villain.

After she made away with the RV, Lilly realized only the strong can survive in the apocalypse and decided to join with a gang of raiders. In the final season, she's commanding her very own bandit team, trying to kidnap the children in Clementine's new survivors group.
