5. Agents Of Mayhem

Agents of Mayhem brings players back into the insane world of Saints Row, but the focus moves away from the Third Street Saints and instead brings the focus onto a crazy new taskforce called the Agents of Mayhem. These Agents are in charge of bringing down those within the supervillain group LEGION. With the help of the twelve playable agents, the player will play around in an open world landscape that's in desperate need of justice.

Agents of Mayhem is a third-person shooter set in an open-world. Players can customize loadouts, but in this circumstance, loadouts consist of the three agents you want to use at any given time. After you select your three agents, you swap seamlessly between them while in combat with no delay in a mechanic that adds both variety and strategy within each enemy encounter.

Similar to Saints Row, you'll be fighting various types of enemies from multiple different groups (just like the different street gang members), each of whom are unique in their weapon types and appearance.

It's unclear whether developer Volition made this game in the same universe as SR to make legitimate connections with that series or if it's just a marketing choice. That being said, it still adds some intrigue to the possible easter eggs, as well as the likely wacky tone that AoM will maintain. If it can reach SR's level of pure entertainment, then AoM can be another great series for gamers to sink their teeth into.
