Criminally overlooked upon first release, Raven Software€™s Singularity and its preoccupation with time-travel provided players in 2010 with one of the most thoroughly enjoyable shooters of the whole of the last generation. With a vast array of time-related powers the game was €“ and still is €“ an absolute joy to blow your way through. While the story's hardly anything to write home about, the sheer amount of excitement you'll get from using the the variety of abilities and guns the game lets you play with means that you probably won't be paying too much attention to it anyway - you'll be too busy fast-forwarding the body-clock of an enemy and watching them turn to dust before your very eyes to care about any narrative shortcomings. Neglected a sequel at the time, there have been recent rumblings that Raven Software might be revisiting this brilliant IP sooner rather than later €“ so you better get around to storming through this slick campaign before everyone else jumps on the bandwagon.
