10 Frustrating Video Game Boss Battles You Forgot You Hated

2. Tekken 5 - Jinpachi Mishima

Okay, last fighting game boss on this list - but you have to admit, if a boss battle is essentially a culmination of a game's mechanics with some cranked-up timing windows, the genre is perfect at pitting you one on one with an opponent that should be tough, but fair.

Unless it's Tekken 5's Jinpachi of course, who at any moment can interrupt your attacks, deliver gigantic life-sapping fireballs or just randomly decide to enter into a kicking-combo that doesn't end until you're a broken mess both in-game and at home.

Speaking of those fireballs, maybe he'll decide to do two in a row, y'know just for the hell of it, and just to mess with your head a little bit more if you've managed to sidestep the first one. He really is one fantastic example of a cheap last boss, but one that provides a great challenge if you're up for seeing just how far you can push your sanity on the higher difficulties.

For the rest though, it's over to Tekken 7 to hopefully not deliver someone quite so frustrasting.
